MY SERENITY Serenity is a state of being calm, peaceful and untroubled. Achieving this state of mind means you won't feel as troubled by life's ups and downs. INNER PEACE Meditation is a state of being mentally or spiritually at peace. This doesn't mean there is no noise or adversity. This means to be in all of this and still have peace in your heart.

Welcome to the (in-home) studio. I would like to bring the gift of yoga to anyone who wants to join. I started practicing yoga and realized the benefits that yoga has brought into my life.
Please join me in this journey with “www.FlowerMoon.Yoga”. We will be starting with 5 yoga and meditation classes a week. One Sound Experience Monthly. There will also be specialty classes you can sign up for that will enhance your mindfulness and spirituality and create community and fun.
