Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
YOGA
Yoga has long been known as an effective means of increasing mental and physical well-being. The focus on breathing techniques and asanas in yoga leads to finding a physical, mental, and spiritual “center” to increase one’s mindfulness and focus.

Studio
Welcome to the (in-home) studio. I would like to bring the gift of yoga to anyone who wants to join. I started practicing yoga and realized the benefits that yoga has brought into my life.
Please join me in this journey with “www.FlowerMoon.Yoga”. We will be starting with 5 yoga and meditation classes a week. One Sound Experience Monthly. There will also be specialty classes you can sign up for that will enhance your mindfulness and spirituality and create community and fun.
